Hi, I’m Jack, founder of Essex Cocktail Co. & the one mixing the drinks, replying to the emails, managing social media & packing everything down at the end of the night.
I’m 32 and have spent over 10 years working in hospitality, including managing a vibrant bar in Leigh-on-Sea where I learned exactly what brings a venue to life. I took a short break from the industry, but now I’m back and more eager than ever to shake things up and do what I love most.
Having seen a recent decline in service across hospitality, I’m on a mission to bring that energy, care, and attention to detail back where it belongs. Essex Cocktail Co. is built on passion, precision & 10/10 service every single time.
Whether it’s a private party, wedding, or corporate event, I bring great vibes, serious cocktail quality, & an experience your guests will actually remember.
When I’m not behind the bar, I’m usually enjoying a night out with friends at the pub or following Southend United across the Country — although they usually manage to ruin my weekend!
